Rihanna at the LG Chocolate Party in Vegas

Rihanna attended the LG Chocolate Party at Moon at the Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. She wore another bodycon dress which, I believe is a vintage Herve Leger.  Is this a 10 or 15 year old dress, or did they re-issue it?  Below Rihanna's pictures is a Herver Leger advertisement from the 90s.

Rihanna at the MOBO Awards 2006 in London

Rihanna appeared at the MOBO Awards 2006 at The Royal Albert Hall in London. She wore a sparkly black dress which may be a Herve Leger. Does anyone know if it is or not?
